The narrowing of the aortic valve, which controls the blood flow from the left ventricle (one of the dog's four heart chambers) to the aorta.

Itchy skin that is caused by an allergic response to an inhaled environmental allergen - often referred to as being like asthma in humans.

GDV

Gastric dilatation volvulus, also known as gastric dilation, twisted stomach, or gastric torsion, is a medical condition that affects mainly deep chested dogs in which the stomach becomes overstretched and rotated by excessive gas content. Is an emergency condition which requires immediate surgery.

Entropion

The eyelid inverts (rolls) inward. This causes the dog’s eyelashes to repeatedly scrape across the eyeball.
